Happy St. Patrick's Day...Easy Cottage Pie Recipe

For St. Patrick's Day I have decided to make Cottage Pie. It isb basically Shepard's Pie but using beef instead of lamb. Here is my simple and easy verion of this dish. I hope you enjoy!

1 1/2 thsp of olive oil

1/2 onion

2 stalks of celery chopped

1 can Del Monte peas and carrots

1 package of brown gravy

1 cup of water

2 cups of instant mashed potatoes cooked already

2 thsp of red wine worcestershire sauce or regular worcestershire sauce

3/4 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

You may top with parmesan cheese if you like.
