This is so delicious, it is similar to a Manhattan Fish Chowder but with a Baja twist at Tower 7 Baja Grill at Wrightsville Beach NC. It is served Grilled Cheese Quesadilla.

I will definitely to try to replicate this dish. I am not sure how, but I am thinking a traditional Manhattan style chowder and maybe adding some traditional Mexican style vegetables and some enchilada sauce to the broth. I am getting hungry thinking about it.
